Job Description:


  • Work closely with your agile team across markets (FR, DE, SWE), participating in backlog grooming, user stories refinements, sprint activities to ensure that the team delivers effective customer solutions
  • Have endtoend responsibility for improving the product within the connected retail team's mission
  • Work crossfunctionally with other squads, designers and engineers to improve the user experience and develop new features for millions of users
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and partners, their pains and their needs
  • Work datadriven, collecting information and systematically analyzing user feedback
  • Align with the team on goals and KPIs and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized backlog
  • Decompose complex problems into clearly articulated objectives

Qualifications:


  • 2 years of experience as a product manager working on B2B platforms.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • A selfsufficient working attitude and strong analytical skills in order to reflect the priorities of product development while making tradeoffs between decisions transparent
  • Ability to work independently in a resultoriented way
  • Experience working with digital products and technical teams
  • To motivate and inspire a crossfunctional team in incremental and validated growth
  • Have experience working with teams using Scrum or other Agile Methods
  • Have experience in customer research and validation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German and/or French are a big plus
