- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience with a solid track record in promoting digital and automation systems (PLM, MES/MOM, Engineering Services Portfolio).
- Develop and execute account sales strategies effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in industrial digital processes, either within a business or service provider context. Preferred industries include aerospace, automotive, semicon/electronics, medical, food & beverage, and process manufacturing.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record in relationship building and maintenance.
- Passion for customer-facing roles.
- Team player with a willingness to travel. Must possess a valid driving license and own car.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
