· Instalación y mantenimiento de aplicaciones en los ordenadores.
· Mantenimiento de los ordenadores, impresoras y otros elementos informáticos.
· Gestión de la telefonía fija y móvil corporativos.
· Mantenimiento de la documentación de procesos de soporte propios y sistemas de ayuda (Costumer Support).
· Realizar pedidos, entrar información necesaria en el sistema, pedir presupuestos, revisar la recepción correcta, etc. - Conocimiento general de informática: hardware, ofimática, conocimiento de redes, sistemas operativos, resolución de incidencias básicas...
· Conocimiento de inglés a nivel de comprensión oral y escrita.
· Habilidades comunicativas y trato cordial.

Requisitos valorables:
· Conocimiento del rol de IT dentro de la industria hotelera, golf y servicios.
· Gestión del día a día de un departamento de IT.
