Are you the right person for the job?
- English language fluency spoken and written, minimum C1 level
- You have completed a degree or equivalent comparable education/qualification in the IT field and have several years of experience
- Relevant experience in virtual machines, backup and replication, ideally using tools such as Veeam and VMware
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory & Microsoft Office 365 Admin, including user account administration
- Experience in SharePoint configuration, administration & support
- Ability to prioritize support and maintenance tasks to meet service level agreements
- Remote access and VPN Configuration and Administration
- You are proactive, dynamic, and able to adapt in a fastchanging environment
- Selfmotivated, goalfocused, able to work effectively with minimum supervision
- You have a crossinterface understanding of organizational structures and business processes
- The ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and flexibility as well as a good command of English round off your profile
- Always maintain complete confidentiality and discretion
What will your role as a Systems Administrator look like?
- Administer and maintain IREP's network infrastructure and server environment
- Administer the backup and replication of the server environment and virtual machines
- Create and monitor a Helpdesk system for inbound issues & ensure all issues are logged and documented
- Administrate and support users for Microsoft services: Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Planner, etc.
- Provide thoughtful end user computing support for diverse business units
- Build, configure, and deploy physical and virtual desktop/laptop/server/network equipment and services
- Manage domains, SSL, DNS, etc.
- Work within a multinational, crossfunctional team
