- Tendrás acceso hasta 4 horas semanales de clases de inglés.
- Disfrutarás de horario flexible de entrada y salida, jornada intensiva los viernes y los meses de verano (julio y agosto).
- Tu salario será competitivo respecto al mercado. Tendrás un fijo anual atractivo + diferentes pluses que aumentarán tu bruto anual.
- Viajarás por todo el mundo, y aunque tu base siempre estará en Gijón, podrás conocer países donde se garantiza la seguridad.
- Supervisarás todas las actividades diarias en una planta de ELECTRÓLISIS.
- Gestionarás la mano de obra y los recursos en el sitio para optimizar la productividad.
- Te asegurarás de que el proyecto avance según lo planeado, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y los plazos establecidos.
- Abordarás cualquier problema o desafío que surja durante la construcción y tomarás medidas correctivas.
- Que tengas, al menos, 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
- Para poder desempeñar tus funciones, será necesario que tengas un nivel de inglés alto.
- Muchos proyectos son internacionales, por lo que debes tener la disponibilidad y el interés para viajar.
