Your daily duties will include reaching out to potential candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process. This is an entry-level role and no prior experience is necessary. A mandatory four-month training period in Athens will equip you with the necessary skills to thrive in this role. Upon completion of the training, the role will be fully remote.
