- Deliver critical processes to the implement digital marketing programs and analyse their effectiveness
- Schedule, prioritize and manage activities to track usage trends of the organization's digital platforms, including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact
- Instruct, direct and review implementation of digital marketing/media programs for Omnichannel strategy by taking digital interactions (social media and e-commerce purchases) and integrating them with interpersonal interactions
- Build relationships with search engines and portal sites that are aligned with the digital goals
- Identify changes in trends ensuring that product/service information is up-to-date and is comprehensive to existing and potential customers across all digital channels.
- Identify plans to maintain graphic designs and layout throughout different digital channels to support the organization's image, identity and brands through a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces and multimedia
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Master ́s degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across META, TT, DV 360 (ideally in Beauty/Skincare or FMCG sector).
- Hands-on experience in managing successful D2C digital marketing campaigns across the purchase funnel and various channels: PPC, Social, Display, Retargeting, experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing and display advertising.
- Prior experience of working with/in a media agency
- Proficiency in English with a focus on business communication as part of a European team + 1 minimum additional language required (Italian or French)
