Dutch Speaking Recruiter - Work From Home

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dutch Speaking Recruiter to join our global team. This is a remote position allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. Furthermore, we offer a 4-month fully paid training in Athens, Greece as well as a fully paid relocation package.

Role Description

As a Dutch Speaking Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our global team. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing talented professionals within our organization. Your daily duties will include job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, and candidate assessment. You will also provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our global team, and play an instrumental role in the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch and English
Previous experience in recruitment is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work remotely and independently
