Contract Manager, que tendrá por misión: Asegurar el seguimiento estricto de los indicadores de calidad servicio y rentabilidad del contrato(s) bajo su responsabilidad, en coordinación con el cliente y las diferentes áreas de Alloga.
Principales responsabilidades:
Revisión periódica de los diferentes indicadores de negocio interno y cliente según contrato y modelo de gobierno.
Propuesta, revisión e implementación de soluciones dentro del plan de mejora continua.
Análisis e implementación de nuevos servicios y/o procesos solicitados por el cliente.
Seguimiento y actualización del plan de ventas específico de cada cuenta.
Análisis regular de los indicadores de negocio y su evolución contra el presupuesto.
Elaborar y reportar la información/documentación referida a su ámbito.
Asegurarse mediante comunicación transversal en la compañía, que las diferentes áreas conocen los diferentes procesos acordados con el cliente y los ejecutan correctamente.
Velar por el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos en aquellas acciones que así lo requieren.Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y de los procedimientos internos que afecten a las actividades que se desarrollen en su ámbito.
Participar en la definición de presupuestos y objetivos de su ámbito, haciendo el seguimiento correspondiente.Planificar y llevar a cabo las visitas comerciales según modelo de gobierno.
Detectar y analizar las tendencias y/o necesidades del mercado y la competencia, proponiendo alternativas a la compañía.
Participar en las reuniones del área/departamento, así como en las reuniones interdepartamentales. Revisión anual de condiciones contractuales junto con la Dirección Comercial y General de la compañía.
Sobre ti
Conocimientos y experiencia:
Imprescindible aportar experiencia previa como Contract Manager, al menos 5 años, en una posición similar a la ofertada.
Imprescindible aportar un nivel alto de inglés.
Imprescindible ser usuario avanzado de Excel y Power Point.
Estudios universitarios Ingeniería, valorándose positivamente estudios de especialización en Project management.
Se valorará de forma positiva el aportar conocimientos en GDP's y GMP's.
