- Be responsible for the global developmentof selected customers, maximizing the share of wallet and supporting profitablegrowth with your accounts.
- Coordinate our global sales organizationsupporting your customers and manage the global opportunities.
- Independently prepare productor system designs and offers to the customer and carry out contractnegotiations.
- Establish and maintain astrong business relationship with your customers on all relevant hierarchylevels.
- Gain an in-depth understandingof the customer's strategy, situation and needs.
- Develop market analyses,reports and account development plans in order to identify business potentials.
- Create tailor-made technicalsolutions based on our product portfolio in collaboration with the customer andgive feedback about customer needs to the product management team.
- Serve as escalation level andmanage customer escalations when needed.
- Industrial Engineer (electrical education).
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Industry experience in drive technology.
- English and Spanish is mandatory. Fluent German or France will be a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passionate & self-motivated.
- Excellent learning ability with good business sense.
- Good intercultural skills.
