We are looking for an experienced procurement professional in developing and executing category strategies & projects to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities :

Develops and / or implements category strategies for EMEA in support of the global strategy

Negotiates and executes critical and / or strategic contracts within the EMEA Indirect portfolio (MRO, Capital, Environmental, Mechanical & Electrical Equipment, Maintenance Services)

Identifies and drives continuous improvement & TCO initiatives in close collaboration with the business

Leads supplier relationship management initiatives for key Indirect suppliers, including supplier performance assessments using key performance indicators

Gathers voice of the customer data periodically and incorporates into category strategy and contract negotiations

Leads timely resolution of structural issues related to Indirect supply including risk management, performs root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to avoid future incidence

Supports and collaborates actively with other business partners globally to drive business value, efficiency and effectiveness

Supports actively DuPont and Global Procurement objectives on supplier innovation, sustainability and supplier diversity

Qualifications :

Bachelor or master's degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain.

3-5 years relevant procurement, portfolio management and / or supply chain experience.

Fluent in English (written and spoken). German and French a plus.

Experience in negotiating strategic agreements with strong background of legal and commercial terms.

Proficient knowledge of relevant Indirect categories.

Proficient knowledge of project management and data analytics tools (Six Sigma, Lean, Excel, Power BI).

CPSM certified is a plus.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :

Demonstrated ability to drive / deliver results and business value.

Negotiation skills and experience (>

3 years).

Proficient market knowledge of the different categories.

Strong problem solving and analytic skills.

Strong influence & communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, and written).

Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and international environment.

Highest ethical standards.

Self- starter & high agility attitude.
