- Minimum of 6-8 years in data strategy, technical project management, or technology consulting with a proven track record in leading IT implementation projects.
- Fluent in English & Spanish (Mandatory)
- Proficient in designing and managing scalable, high-availability cloud architectures using major cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud.
- Skilled in the deployment and management of cloud-native services, including serverless functions, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and microservices architectures.
- Experience with cloud security management, including identity and access management (IAM), security groups, and compliance policies.
- Deep understanding of cloud data services like Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage, and comprehensive knowledge of cloud-based database services such as Amazon RDS, Azure SQL Database, and Google Cloud SQL.
- Expertise in cloud-based data integration and ETL tools like AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, and Google Cloud Dataflow.
- Proficient in designing data replication and backup strategies across multiple regions for disaster recovery and high availability.
- Experience in developing and enforcing cloud governance policies to ensure cost management, security compliance, and resource optimization within the cloud environment.
- Proficient in implementing cloud security strategies, including the use of tools for continuous monitoring and threat detection.
- A strong analytical mindset for evaluating complex IT application landscapes and optimizing development processes.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
