    Job Description

    Join zooplus as a Corporate/Technical Recruiter and be the driving force of talent acquisition from our Madrid office , orchestrating the recruitment cycle for the South-West Region, including Spain, Italy, Netherlands, and the UK . You'll embody our brand, ensuring Service Excellence as you connect exceptional talent with our vision, all while providing expert consultation and timely updates to our hiring leaders.

    Find Top Talent:

  • Lead incisive meetings to pinpoint job needs and market-driven search tactics.
  • Filter ATS (SmartRecruiter) applicants to find those who hit the mark.
  • Gauge fit and fast-track suitable candidates.
  • Craft and launch sharp recruitment campaigns.
  • Tap into networks for prime referrals.

  • Reach out across platforms to build connections.

  • Coach candidates for interview success.

  • Keep hiring managers in the know with strategic counsel.

    • Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience and proven track record in E2E recruiting within the e-commerce sector , including areas like Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Vendor Management.
  • Strong experience working and navigating with data-driven recruitment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet ambitious targets and tight deadlines .
  • Skilled in candidate screening and conducting interviews .
  • Proficient in using advanced recruitment technologies and databases .
  • Adept at building and maintaining stakeholder relationships .
  • Capable of influencing stakeholders and driving decision-making processes.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams .
  • Knowledgeable about employment law and regulations relevant to recruitment.
  • Expertise in diverse sourcing strategies , including online sourcing, networking, and leveraging advertising platforms for candidate search.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
