    En Bizneo, una de las mayores HR Tech en España y LATAM, estamos buscando Account Executive con experiencia en SaaS y SMBs para nuestro equipo de Sales Italia.

    Tus funciones:

  • Gestionar con excelencia todos los aspectos del proceso de venta: cualificación, demostración, preparación y presentación de la propuesta, seguimiento, negociación y cierre.
  • Adquirir y mantener conocimiento profundo de nuestros productos, sus beneficios y casos de uso.
  • Realizar demostraciones de producto de nuestro software de recursos humanos a clientes potenciales siguiendo un enfoque consultivo.Identificar los decision-makers y argumentar con precisión nuestra propuesta de valor.
  • Gestionar la pipeline y aportar un forecast preciso a través de la actualización permanente de nuestro CRM (Salesforce).
  • Realizar análisis y seguimiento exhaustivo de las propuestas y obtener feedback preciso de las cuentas asignadas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y KPIs de venta (quota trimestral, close rate e higiene de datos).Qué pedimos:
  • Italiano nivel Nativo.
  • 3+ años en ventas B2B.
  • 2+ años en ventas de Software / SaaS / ITPuntos extra si:
  • Estás familiarizado/a con metodologías de ventas como SPIN, Solution Selling, Challenger, GAP, MEDDIC etc.
  • Tienes experiencia en ventas complejas con múltiples stakeholders (C-level, IT, Finanzas, Legal..).
  • Tienes conocimientos o experiencia previa en recursos humanos (RRHH).
