Become part of our master data department and you will help to ensure data consistency and quality by working closely with different areas of the company, implementing procedures and standards that meet both legal and commercial requirements in order to contribute to the smooth running of the business.

As Master Data Coordinator you have to be a proactive and collaborative person, interested in the search for automation and efficiency solutions, able to have a global vision of the processes and interactions between different areas.

Your main goal will be not only to provide service but being a support point for the business.

What will you do? Your role highlights

You will manage the registration of new clients, suppliers, articles and packaging in the different ERPs and Tools.
You will update client, supplier, article and packaging data.
You will do electronic exchange of product data with clients.
You will manage incident with clients in case of missing or false information.
You will manage data quality policies and processes.
You will periodical review of data.
You will identify points of improvement. Proposal of scalable solutions and lead the implementation.
You will collaborate on internal department projects.
You will participate in improvement projects or new business developments that require the intervention of Master Data team.

Requisitos:

Higher studies or Dual Education in Business Administration, Data Management or Similar.
Language skills are as important as communication skills: you are fluent in Spanish and you have good level of English, other language will be a plus
Experience in a similar position
Experience in the Fruit & Vegetable sector is a plus
Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and office package.
Knowledge in AX or SAP is a plus.
Strong analytical and skills attention to detail
Social and communication skills
