Job Description:


As an IT Infrastructure Operations Manager you will be involved in system design, implementation, process automation, operation, monitoring, observability and troubleshooting to improve and support the corporate systems in a dynamic, international ecosystem.


Your responsibilities:


  • Oversee the alignment of systems portfolio the Company's overall product and services strategies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders like customers, partners, internal business and technical users, providers...
  • Select, develop and coordinate personnel to ensure the efficient execution of the responsibilities and related initiatives and tasks assigned
  • Collaborate with other operations teams located in other territories so critical tasks can be carried out in follow the sun mode
  • Elaborate reports to show business impact and activity
  • Supervise and collaborate in improving corporate compliance and data security policies
  • Conduct and evolve IT Disaster Recovery planning and testing
  • Execute capacity planning for the infrastructure growth support.
  • Help to automate common tasks to improve the support workflow.
  • Contribute to maintain Inventory of assets, software and hardware
  • Ensure appropriate documentation about architectures, deployments and operations
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and tune up our running systems to ensure our SLA meets business requirements.
  • Being part of the Oncall duties and escalations to support corporate systems.

Qualifications:


Minimum Skills / Qualifications

  • English is a must, other foreign languages are a plus.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated organizational and team management skills.
  • Ability to guide the team through objectives set out by the business.
  • Ability to delegate work across the team.
  • Effective prioritization of activities focused on business outcomes.
  • Ability to elaborate budgets and cost management.
  • Ability to collaborate in an international environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Service oriented approach to work.
  • Problem solving.
  • Selfdriven, curious, and keen to learn.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and marketplaces (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, RH OpenShift...).
  • Experience in general security awareness and data privacy compliance (ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR...).
  • Experience working in DevSecOps environments.
  • Experience in virtualization technologies (VMWare Vsphere, VMWare vCenter, VMWare vRealize, OpenVZ, OpenStack).
  • Experience in disaster recovery management
  • University Degree relating to information systems or computer science (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or proved related knowledge.

  • Experience working with Version Control Tools.
  • Experience working with continuous integration / continuous deployment / continuous delivery.
  • Experience working with Monitoring and Observability tools.
  • Experience working with Web and Application Servers.
  • Experience working with Databases: MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in Configuration Management tools.
  • Experience working with containers (Docker, Kubernetes...).
  • Experience with Big Data solutions (Hadoop...)
  • Experience with NoSQL solutions (MongoDB...).
