Job Description:


The Opportunity


Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, the Content Lifecycle Manager implements the proper storage and referencing strategy that allows content to be easily located, accessed, and consumed.


In particular, the Content Lifecycle Manager works alongside the Content Development Manager and Learning and Development Manager roles to ensure that content meets the required expectations for value and standards for content management.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops and executes the strategy for the management of content
  • Defines the processes for the introduction, categorization, availability, sharing and promotion of content produced by the Asset Development process
  • Is responsible for the design, building, execution, monitoring and documentation of content lifecycle management and related activity governance processes
  • Ensures the coherence, quality, pertinence and security of content
  • Repurposes old content or identifies strategies for its renewal
  • Ensure content is available to be effectively shared, socialized and commented upon
  • Assist in answering enquiries on content access and usage
  • Develops and supports user and administrator training
  • Manages the design and development strategy for the tools required to implement CLM processes
  • Ensures proper publication and sharing of content so that only the most uptodate and accuracy content is always being consumed
  • Defines and manages the strategy for the lifecycle management of the content, from inception to retirement and archival
  • Applies company policy for information security (e.g. ISO 27001)
  • Documents methods, processes and best practices
  • Embraces and contributes to, Denodo's company values

Qualifications:


  • BSc or higher degree in Computer Science, Marketing or other relative qualification
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Experience in customer facing roles such as marketing, selling
  • Knowledge of how software companies operate
  • Ability to own and drive projects/efforts with mínimal supervision
  • English fluency with literacy in other languages also desirable
  • Experience of developing and curating and cataloging content assets such as case studies, sales presentations, marketing collateral
  • Experience in building highly sticky content repositories for sales enablement support, using tool such MS Teams, SharePoint, Viva Learning and others
  • Familiarity with information management security standards desirable
  • Team leadership experience a plus
  • Organized, methodical, revels in the attention to detail, creative thinker
