Description:In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Malaga and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this roleAs a
Customer Representative on our team, you will:
- Answer questions and help eCommerce customers by phone and chat with relevant actions related to online orders and deliveries
- Handle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via CRM systems
- Work together as a group and achieve set goals
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and advanced level of Eng
- Are adaptable, customer focused and results orientated
- Can learn tasks and processes
- Desire to work with good customer experiences
- Are energetic with welldeveloped communication skills
- Have good telephone communication skills, and excellent time management skills
- Have good computer skills, knowledge and experience of Microsoft and Internet.

- Full-time 39 hours/week contract: rotative Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday 09:00 to 17:00
