Mission:


We are looking for a Senior Analyst/Junior Associate on a permanent contract basis with immediate incorporation to our Madrid Office.

As part of the M&A Team you will work in a challenging and demanding environment with execution responsibilities in all sorts of M&A deals.

You will have the possibility to work with seasoned investment bankers from different geographies on diverse and highly visible projects and thus, to experience a steep learning curve.


Tasks and responsibilities:


  • Support the business
  • Support the team with due diligence, transaction documentation, and client/external advisors interface
  • Deliver in due time a reliable and accurate work: respects deadlines and efficiently communicate with team
  • Work on data mining and information research
  • Show autonomy on defined tasks
  • Demonstrate technical ability to support execution effort in various transaction processes (buyside, sellside)
  • Interact with clients or business line colleagues on specific projects as required

Profile required:


Studies & experience:


  • Graduate with strong financial background
  • First relevant experience in the financial sector, Investment Banking in a reputed investment bank, M&A boutique or in the M&A/Valuation team of one of the Big 4

Language skills:


  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Excellent level of English (C1)
  • French will be considered a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:


  • Excellent command of Office tools
  • Advanced modeling skills
  • Advanced valuation knowledge
  • M&A knowledge
  • Knowledge of corporate finance concepts
  • Highly motivated and openminded natural learner to propose ideas proactively
  • Strong communicator
  • Enthusiastic person
  • Collaborative team player: ready to assist other team members of the team when needed for preparing Pitches, both in English and Spanish
