    Descripción

    Role Description

    We are currently seeking a Swedish Speaking Recruiter to join our dedicated team at Patrique Mercier Recruitment. This is an entry-level position and requires no previous experience. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating the hiring process. You will also participate in a mandatory 4-month training program in Athens (flight ticket fully covered by us), after which the job becomes fully remote.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in Swedish
    • Valid European Union passport
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work remotely and independently
    • Commitment to a 4-month training program in Athens
