ROLE SUMMARY


We have been implementing a
sales transformation programme focused on the introduction of a global inside sales function to drive new business acquisition and support our organic growth objectives.


As a Junior Sales Executive, you are the frontline for new logo sales, and therefore responsible for a considerable proportion of new revenue and therefore key to our growth objectives.

Most of your time will be spent on the
telephone with potential accounts, prosecuting sales opportunities. Sales team members are supported by a
Marketing and Sales Supervisor.


In this role you will develop experience in marketing & sales, offering and supporting clients with software solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibility of a Junior Sales Executive is to help grow sales opportunities from your assigned account opportunity list.

Further responsibilities include:

Calls to potential customers
:


  • Telephone followup to contacts received after marketing campaigns.
  • Capture and creation of leads.
-
Participating in short daily WIP
meetings.

  • Maintaining the status of opportunities in the company's
    CRM system.
  • Encouraging new clients to purchase solutions they may otherwise have purchased elsewhere.
  • Ensuring a pleasant experience with potential clients to ease transacting with ATS.
  • You will engage in no behaviour that is damaging to, or in competition with, our company policies.

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant will prove themselves to be an exceptional communicator, and negotiator, demonstrating confidence, credibility and passion as well as excellent relationship-building skills:


  • Academic history linked to Marketing & Sales field
:


  • Demonstrable
    experience with
    challenger selling is considered to be advantageous.
  • A knowledge of manufacturing and automation would be beneficial in this position.
  • Must be
    highly motivated, clientoriented and resultsorientated with an ability to work both independently and within a multicultural team environment.
  • Must possess
    excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English).
