- La rédaction des synopsis pour les modules e-learning (100% en ligne)
- La conception des storyboards
- La réalisation et la production des modules et quiz apprenants
- L'interface avec nos partenaires pour l'enregistrement du son
- Les gestions des tests et du recettage des productions
- La production des visuels et des vidéos pour enrichir les contenus.
- Diplômé(e) dans les domaines de la Conception Pédagogique, du Multimédia, ou de l'Ingénierie de la formation à distance, vous possédez une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans le domaine de la formation en ligne.
- Vous maîtrisez l'outil auteur Articulate Storyline et le pack Microsoft Office et avez déjà pratiqué des outils de retouche audio, image et vidéo.
- Vous possédez le sens de la pédagogie et une réelle créativité graphique.
- La connaissance des logiciels Adobe : After effect, Illustrator, Photoshop serait un plus.
- Vous êtes enthousiaste, pro-actif, adaptable et possédez d'excellentes qualités rédactionnelles.
- Le sens du service client est inné chez vous et vous permet d'être réactif(ve), organisé(e) et de gérer avec brio les priorités.

VOS MISSIONS
Rattaché(e) à notre entité de conseil en RH/SIRH, HR Path Advise, vous serez intégré(e) en tant que Concepteur E-Learning, au sein de la practice People & Change, et en charge des missions suivantes :
Votre mission principale sera de récolter, auprès de nos consultants, les besoins en matière de conception digitalisée, proposer une approche pédagogique et développer les projets de Digital Learning. Ainsi, vous participez à la conception d'un panel de supports pédagogiques pour aider nos clients à déployer leur stratégie d'accompagnement au changement.
