YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

As a
Payments Manager you will be responsible for a complete payment vertical, leading the E2E requirements, Fully aligned with Emoney's strategy.

We need someone like you to help us on different fronts:

Owns the Product Backlog and is responsible for maximizing the value of the products and prioritizing work for an Agile team. Is responsible for the WHAT (definition) and WHEN (prioritization), but the Team is responsible for the HOW (implementation).
Owns and articulates a clear product vision that is continuously implemented and delivered. The vision is aligned with the needs of stakeholders and the business. To do that, the PO must work closely with other POs and Tribe leads if they exist).
Translates business needs in the form of Epics, Features, and US's. Defines the acceptance criteria for the US and with the Dev Team the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready.
Works closely with the Dev Teams solving doubts and questions.
Responsible for accepting/rejecting US or the whole Sprint.
Plans sprints and releases from an Agile perspective (that is, adaptable and prepared for change)
Responsible for managing risks and proposing mitigation plans. Help remove impediments.
Empowers and delegates to the Dev Team. Leads by example as a servant leader.

WHO YOU ARE

Strong track record in the payments business, fintech, or large bank, dedicated to payments from the business/product area, payments focused not only on First Party but also Third and Four Party.

years of experience in similar roles.

Degree in Business Administration and Management
It is not required, as it is a business role, but it would be appreciated:
Understanding API Rest definitions

Microservices architecture
