PagoNxt Trade is looking for a Product Owner based in our Boadilla del Monte office.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY


As a
Product Owner you will be responsible for defining and executing payments product strategy and priorities, leading the E2E requirements, fully aligned with PagoNxt strategy.

We need someone like you to help us on different fronts:

  • Define and execute payments product strategy for our payments platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Own and articulate a clear product agenda that is continuously implemented and delivered. Work closely with crossfunctional teams (e.g., Operations, Treasury, Client Solutions, Sales) to define product requirements and priorities.
  • Own the Product Backlog and be responsible for maximizing the value of the products and prioritizing work for an Agile team. Be responsible for the WHAT (definition) and WHEN (prioritization), but the Team is responsible for the HOW (implementation).
  • Translate business needs into Epics, Features, and US's. Define the acceptance criteria for the US and with the Dev Team the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready. Works closely with the Dev Teams solving doubts and questions.
  • Responsible for managing risks and proposing mitigation plans. Help remove impediments.
  • Empowers and delegates to the Dev Team. Leads by example as a servant leader.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong track record in the payments business, fintech, or large bank, dedicated to payments from the business/product area.
  • Previous experience in the Payments process and operations is highly valued.
  • 810 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Degree in Business Administration and Management
