Your Role


As a Project Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in scouting and recruiting top talent for various projects within our company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for recruits.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of fulfilling project staffing needs.
  • Adept at negotiating and have a keen eye for identifying talent.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and the specific talent requirements at each stage.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices.
