    Resumen del puesto:
    Reportando directamente al Director Industria&OEM , será responsable de la consecución de los objetivos anuales de pedidos y ventas enfocados a nuestro VM de "Industry&OEM" así como de cualquier otro métrico designado, de todos los productos de Xylem, mediante la planificación y la ejecución de los planes de Acción, analizando la información y las necesidades de los clientes como foco de su actividad dentro de su Delegación o zona designada


    Principales responsabilidades:

    Identificar y aprovechar las principales oportunidades comerciales mediante un análisis, planificación de la zona y ejecución de la estrategia del negocio y de los productos de Xylem, facilitando la interacción entre los negocios de Postventa y ServicioDar soporte a los clientes asignados, presencialmente y por vía telemática: Ofertas, consultas técnicas, gestión de pedidos e incidencias, atender reclamaciones post-venta.

    Mantener consolidar y aumentar la cartera de clientes asignada, afianzando la relación entre Xylem y el cliente.
    Manejar Salesforce para tener actualizada la base de datos de clientes y candidatos.

    Alinearse con las estrategias de Marketing y Planes de Acción:
    Campañas, promociones, formaciones y seminarios.
    Será el responsable de liderar en su zona de los planes de lanzamiento o de nuevas campañas comerciales.

    Desarrollará las estrategias establecidas por la compañía, que le marcará su manager, para la promoción de productos, campañas y otros establecidos en el plan de acción.

    Mensualmente analizará junto con su mánager las cifras de venta conseguidas.

    Igualmente deberá reportar periódicamente sobre la situación del mercado, estado de las ofertas-pedidos y toda la información relevante del negocio en su zona.

    Realizará un seguimiento de la evolución de los costes y los precios en su zona de forma que sean los adecuados al mercado y al momento.

    Colaborará a la formación técnico-comercial de la red comercial y servicio de su zona para mejorar la implantación de los productos, facilitando información sobre las actualizaciones y mejoras técnicas que se vayan produciendoRequisitos mínimos: Licenciatura o experiencia equivalente.

    Mínimo entre 5/10 años de experiencia en puestos técnico-comercial en el mercado de la industria.
    Conocimiento y experiencia en bombas de agua y sistemas de tratamiento de agua dentro del sector industrial. Se consideran tanto aplicaciones en agua limpia como en aguas residuales.
    Conocimiento de diversos segmentos de la industria; alimentos, bebidas y química, canales de venta, distribución.
    Se valorará uso de CRM principalmente SalesForce y manejo de iScala.
