- Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure effective communication and alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Schedule development/update for Hook-up, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance.
- Support preparation of Offshore Works Progress Measurement System.
- Follow-up Offshore preparation activities.
- Support Offshore Managers (Hook-up, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance) with specific / detailed schedule and progress analysis.
- Support the Sail Away readiness Team with information regarding offshore preparation schedule / requirement (before sail away).
- Interface with design, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), risk assessment, and operations teams.
- Provide input data for design engineering and review subcontractor technical documentation.
- Organize, gather, and check data from subcontractors needed for installation engineering.
- Prepare transportation plans, sea-fastening lists, and installation aids.
- Define and confirm required asset equipment with the Operations Department.
- Ensure smooth transmission of equipment and material requirements.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- proficient in scheduling / progress methodology and tools (P6 and MS Project)
- significant experience/knowledge in offshore Oil & Gas Project, preferably an experience on board FLNG/FPSO/platform.
- Communication skills at all levels including project management and staff.
- Valid BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) and Offshore Medical Fitness Certificate.
