- Manage and lead the multidisciplinary team in charge to solve Quality Issues within the construction and commissioning phase.
- Solve high impact problems, repetitive issues, fleet issues, complex and multi-department related issues.
- Be the Nordex wide focal point for the assigned Quality Issue.
- Ensure to achieve the targets in terms of quality, cost and time.
- Ensure there is not repetitiveness of the issue.
- Plan & control task execution, including deadlines.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate external supplier non-conformities.
- Create KPI dashboards and improve NC processes.
- Apply and follow the BD method.
- Technical background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree: Engineering or similar studies
- Quality or technical background, root cause analysis methodology, leadership skills, BD
- High communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Previous experience in wind industry or similar business

As a Non Conformity Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Quality Issues during the construction and commissioning phase of wind farms. You will be part of the Global Quality PM/EPC team and improve quality, create sustainable solutions for the main problems, avoid its repetition and improve the products and processes.
