Description:

We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Cloud Engineer with extensive experience in Azure cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and Terraform automation to manage projects for one of our most important clients.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in autonomous environments and excels in communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of Azure cloud solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to automate deployment and configuration processes.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and automate software delivery workflows.
Architect and implement highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments in Azure.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of cloud infrastructure.
Work closely with infrastructure teams and customers to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and support.
Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and trends, evaluating and recommending solutions to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on Azure cloud platform.
Strong proficiency in Azure services and solutions, including compute, networking, storage, and security.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or similar.
Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and automation.
Proven ability to transform legacy environments to modern, cloudnative architectures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
Relevant certifications such as

Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar, are highly desirable.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
We prefer someone located in Mallorca (or willing to relocate) who can combine inoffice work with several days of remote work, but we can also consider the possibility of hiring someone willing to work 100% remotely from anywhere in Spain
