Nous recherchons un consultant en recrutement senior pour rejoindre notre équipe de recrutement technologique à Barcelone. Barcelone est le nouveau bureau d'Opus et est spécialisé sur le recrutement pour le marché technologique français. Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui a de l'expérience dans le recrutement contractuel afin de construire une équipe contractuelle qui travaillera aux côtés d'une équipe Perm déjà très performante.

Ce poste vous offre donc des évolutions de carrière rapide avec la possibilité de monter un marché, construire votre propre équipe, et donc rapidement évoluer vers un rôle de management.
Vous posséderez de solides compétences en matière de business development et de recrutement et avez travaillé dans un rôle de recrutement en cabinet (côté free) pendant au moins 2 ans sur un rôle de consultant en recrutement 360.
Vous devez avoir un fort désir de progresser rapidement et de construire votre marché grâce à vos efforts de développement commercial et de recrutement.
Le rôle:
• Responsable de la constitution d'une équipe contractuelle.
• Établir des relations durables avec les candidats et les clients
• Développement commercial, construction de nouvelles relations clients par le biais de démarchage téléphonique, par email, LinkedIn, de réunions et de réseautage.
• Se tenir au courant des connaissances du secteur et cartographier votre marché
• Trouver les meilleurs talents sur votre marché grâce au réseautage, à la chasse de têtes et à d'autres efforts de recrutement.
• Création d'offres d'emploi
• Négocier avec les clients et les candidats
Requirements
Tu auras besoin de:
• 2 à 4 ans d'expérience sur un rôle de recrutement en agence, idéalement dans un rôle de consultant en recrutement 360 au sein d'un marché de niche.
• Expérience en recrutement contractuel.
• Désir de constituer et de gérer une équipe.
• Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais
• Maîtrise native/courante du français
• Capacité avérée à constituer une base de clients et de candidats au sein de votre marché de niche.
• Excellentes capacités d'écoute, de négociation et de présentation
• Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
• Capacité à élaborer et à décrire un plan sur la façon dont vous développeriez votre marché
