Altorecruit is a recruitment agency that operates in challenging markets like Chemical, Packaging, Automotive Sector, Automation, Aviation, and Engineering globally.

Currently, we are looking for a friendly and driven individual to source, recruit and interview applicants with quick, clear, and friendly communication.

The Freelance Recruiter would be expected to assist on projects by supporting the recruitment process if and when necessary.

If you are the right person, you will be joining a fierce competitor in the Staffing & Essential Resources space.

Duties:

In addition to this, you should assist the Human Resources department in improving our company's online presence on various social media platforms. You should also help the company to increase its clientele.

Requirements:

At least 12 years of experience as a Recruiter inhouse or in a recruitment agency.
Spanish and English very fluent. Other languages are a plus (German).
Selfemployed

Please note this position is fully remote and 100% commission based.

We will split the commisión once the client has paid the FEE. 50% of commisión for the recruiter.
