We are looking for a
Operations Intern who will support the operations department for daily issues and cost analysis


Your challenge & roles:


  • Operations support for daily issues
  • Operational Cost Analysis
  • Stakeholders workload forecasts

Your responsibilities:


  • Be the person of contact for Live ops support in order to solve and explain daily issues arised to CS
  • Weekly report with orders in delivery points
  • Plan the forecast and control supply for outbound operations in order to keep live operations available.
  • Lead the reporting of the full picture on Stock and Transit.
  • Analyze the sales for the different sales channels: Ecommerce, B2B and internal shipments in order to validate financially the statements of the different softwares.

  • Control units shipped and returned for each carrier and report costs.
  • Plan the forecast and control supply for outbound operations in order to keep live operations available.
