- Identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers in specific markets, in line with business needs.
- Conduct bidding processes and contract negotiations to secure the best pricing, quality, and terms.
- Manage relationships with existing and potential suppliers, ensuring a steady flow of supplies and effective issue resolution.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the supply chain.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure alignment on procurement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and sourcing activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement of procurement processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide regular reports on procurement department performance and relevant KPIs.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in similar procurement roles, preferably in an international environment.
- Fluent proficiency in English, in addition to other languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
