The role you'll play

What is the traineeship program about? As a QA (Quality Assurance) Engineer Trainee, will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products or systems.

After completing our onboarding process you will be able to support the development of features by writing automated and manual tests independently.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to understand project requirements, gather necessary information, and provide feedback on product quality.
Collaborate with senior QA engineers to understand the project scope and define appropriate test coverage.
Assist in creating test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on requirements and design documents.
Execute automated and manual test cases and report defects or issues in a consistent and organized manner. Learn to use testing tools, frameworks, and techniques to identify and verify software defects. Document test results and maintain test logs.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the team. Identify areas for improvement, suggest solutions, and contribute to the implementation of best practices. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation.
Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement small development tasks and bug fixes.

You are fluent in English
You have a structured and organized approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.
You are willing to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
You have a proactive attitude and selfmotivation to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
We expect you to join our traineeship program starting early September 202
Possibility to sign a traineeship agreement with the University you are enrolled in with a duration from 47 months.

This will make you stand out

You have familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards, including knowledge of industry best practices and quality frameworks.
You have experience using various QA automation tools such as Selenium, Gherkin and Postman.
You have experience using bug tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira or Bugzilla) to track and manage defects throughout the software development life cycle.
