Wie zijn wij?
Recruit4Work is een internationaal recruitment agency die focust op multilangual recruitment. Dit houdt in dat wij focussen op kandidaten die meerdere talen spreken en ze een baan aanbieden in een 1 van deze talen. Wij zoeken kandidaten voor onze klanten door heel Europa. Voor onze marketing zijn we actief op Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin en TikTok. Wij zijn gevestigd in Calafell, Spanje een stad ongeveer 40 min buiten Barcelona, ons kantoor bevind zich op 5 minuten lopen van het strand van Calafell. Wij hechten grote waarde aan een goede werk atmosfeer en wij vinden we het belangrijk dat de stage een leuke tijd is We zullen er dan ook alles aan doen om dit te verwerkelijken.
De stage
Vanaf Februari 2024 zijn wij opzoek naar een full-time marketing stagiair voor 4-5 maanden die ons kan ondersteun en met allerlei verschillende marketing activiteiten. Deze stage zal plaats gaan vinden op locatie in ons kantoor in Calafell, Spanje. Je werkt op kantoor waar je contact hebt met ongeveer 10 collega`s.
Jouw taken:
Als marketing stagiair ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de marketing van Recruit4Work.
Je zult je bezig houden met de volgende taken:
Het up-to-date houden van de social media kanalen van Recruit4Work (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Digital marketing activiteiten
Het zichtbaarder maken van Recruit4Work online
Genereren van meer kandidaten dmv marketing
Het schrijven van (city)blogs
Het maken van social media content zoals flyers en posts
Onderzoek doen voor Recruit4Work (dit is in overleg, je gaat onderzoek doen naar iets waar jij geïntresseerd in bent)
Wij vinden het belangrijk dat de stage een leuke tijd is daarom is er veel ruimte om zelf met initiatieve en ideeën te komen. Heb jij een goed idee om de marketing nog meer op te schroeven of heb jij een ander aspect waar je meer over wil leren en je meer op wilt focussen? Dan staan wij hier zeker voor open en gaan wij dit incorporeren in het stage plan
Wie ben jij?
Een enthousiate HBO student met interesse in marketing
Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels
Je bent beschikbaar vanaf Februari voor een periode van 4-5 maanden
Je kan op kantoor in Spanje komen werken
Je bent creatief en neemt initiatieven
Je bent leergierig
