How can you contribute?_**
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Service Desk Analyst to strengthen our talented IT Infrastructure Service Desk Team regularly supporting our DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland).

As a
Service Desk Analyst, you will:

Assist in supporting our users in the area of Windows & Server requests, using RDP & SCCM;
Work closely with our teams and handle received requests in a selforganized manner via our ticket system;
Prepare help for our endusers and advise on any technical concerns;
Assist the incident management and coordinate solutions involving our 3rdlevel support or other internal teams;
Analyze problems, propose solutions and document your approach to enable futureproof work;
Support problem and change management and actively contribute to sustainable solutions;
Maintain and expand upon existing documentation to ensure a shared knowledge across the team;
Maintain close contact with our international development team and represent our local customers to them;

Qualifications:

Are you our kind of extraordinary?_**- Previous work experience in a customer-facing role is required;

Previous work experience with ticket systems, such as OTRS or ServiceNow is required;
Proficiency with RDP & SCCM is highly desirable;
Knowledge in the area of Citrix and MS Server Management is desirable;
Knowledge of laboratory software / laboratory information and management systems (LIMS) is an asset but not required;
The customer is always a key focus for you and a structured work style amplifies your way of working;
You have a professional approach to customers and enjoy helping people, as well as, supporting them in their daily work life;
Mutual support and team development is important to you;
You display excellent critical thinking and detailorientated skills;
Strong
German & English communication skills (written/oral) are required.
