Take your career farther than you thought possible.

The goal of our scientists is to maximize the amount of information we can extract from our NGS data.

This can mean implementing a novel algorithm, integrate a new/existing tool to enhance our analysis pipelines, or perform some other multi-omics analysis.

The scientists in Computational Genomics work with other groups to analyze real-world health data, design experiments, analyze both pre-clinical and clinical -omics data sets, including RNA-Seq, Exome, Whole Genome, single-cell sequencing and high-throughput proteomics to help nominate novel drug targets, enable patient enrichment strategies and guide drug development decisions.

The Computational Genomics group also works with scientists across the organization to help develop and maintain the NGS pipelines and infrastructure necessary to support the scientific programs.

We are seeking an innovative scientist to join our Computational Genomics group.

Ideally, the individual for this role would be able to function as an independent scientist in NGS method development to support ongoing scientific research.
