What you'll do & Who you are

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team and help shape the technical direction of our product(s).

As a Technical Lead, reporting to the our Cloud Engineering Manager, you will maintain a high technical bar, driving excellence, and promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration within your squad.

Responsibilities:

Set and uphold the team's technical standards, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality guidelines.
Define and promote the architecture and overall technical design of our product(s), aligning them with our goals and requirements.
Lead by example, embodying our team values of vision, ownership, and accountability.
Collaborate with other Technical Leads to discuss technical issues and make informed decisions.
Resolve complex technical challenges and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
Be a necessary liaison between the development team and partners, technical concepts and decisions.
Mentor team members, promoting their professional development.
Foster a culture of proactivity, and continuous improvement within the team.
Partner with Product Owners to prioritize technical debt and feature delivery, balancing shortterm needs with longterm goals.
Contribute to software development tasks alongside the team members.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in software development.
Technical proficiency across multiple domains with an excellent understanding of software architecture and design principles.
Experience resolving complex technical issues and make important decisions.
Experience explaining technical concepts to nontechnical team members.
You have experience as a leader, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Experience with code review processes and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Optional Requirements:

Experience with Agile methodologies and crossfunctional collaboration.
Previous experience mentoring roles.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Contributions to opensource projects or technical communities.
