¿Cuál será tu misión?
Como miembro del equipo de Tenders te responsabilizarás de la ejecución y análisis de tenders para la región, con el objetivo de aumentar el volumen de negocio, acompañando al cliente hasta el cierre de la resolución del Tender.
Lectura de documentación y análisis de datos para valorar la importancia de los clientes.
Traducir la información que proporciona el cliente en Excel para el resto del equipo.
Compartir dicho análisis con quienes toman la decisión en los diferentes países FEPI (KAM ́s, Branch Managers, BDM ́s, etc.).
Cálculo de tarifas y presupuesto usando el feed-back/directrices de quienes toman la decisión.
Ante un segundo o tercer round del tender, analizar la información con el feed-back proporcionado por el cliente y apoyo a los Branch Manager, BDM, etc. a tomar la decisión final para presentar a cliente.
Seguimiento de la información de los clientes.
Atender peticiones de precios durante el contrato.
Introducir la información del tender en el Sales Force.
Visitas al cliente y apoyo comercial durante el proceso y hasta el cierre del Tender.
¿Qué requisitos debes reunir?
Imprescindible experiencia previa de mínimo 3 años como Tender Specialist en empresas del sector de Transporte y Logística, responsabilizándose también del contacto con el cliente. También se valorará experiencia en el área Comercial/Ventas.
Nivel alto de ingles.
Nivel avanzado de Excel.
