    Objective

    You will need to lead and ensure the coordination of service activities related to installation, repair, preventive maintenance, service contracts, training, or any other visit at the customer's site. Plan and direct all field service customer visits and ensure availability of adequate skills and parts for each visit. Coordinate and validate the PRL documentation of FST interventions (BCC or PL) with e-coordina. Preparing and planning missions includes visa requests and management, invitation letter requests, coordination between the various stakeholders (TS, BCC, FST, Customers) and proposing intervention dates to customers and subsidiaries as well as the management and organization of trips. Try to keep all technicians busy their working hours. Receive service calls based on location needs, and coordinate and distribute calls. Main responsabilities

    Organization of technician interventions at our clients

  • Organize interventions whether for a new machine installation, a repair, an instruction, or a service contract.
  • Create mission service orders in SAP.
  • Provide all necessary documents to technicians for the smooth running of their trip and their mission except technical documentation.
  • Plan intervention dates with SP-HFS technical support from BSA as well as those of our subsidiaries, agents and, where applicable, clients and look for solutions to satisfy our clients.
  • Organize travel (car, train, plane, hotel reservation and visas).
  • Notify, inform subsidiaries/agents and where applicable clients of the arrival of technicians.
  • Organize and plan new dates in case of non-availability of technicians. Participate in proactive mission planning allowing a medium-long term vision essential to the forecast of our technicians' workload.
  • Proactively, strictly, and rigorously manage service orders for good invoicing and workload planning.
    • Manage documents

  • Manage certificates and attestations related to administration, security, health, and hygiene of FSTs notably through the Travel Doc application.
  • Follow visa requests via notably the CIBT application.
  • Understand and use travel applications such as AMEX, NEO, etc....
  • Maintain a good relationship and collaboration with its internal and external clients.
  • Ensure good communication and collaboration with the FST Team Leader and his replacement as well as with SP-HFS technical support and participate in solution finding.
  • Maintain a good relationship with the dispatchers and technical supports of our subsidiaries and agents.
    • Service organization

  • Ensure a good relationship with the billing team and promote constructive exchanges to improve the efficiency and internal processes of our services.
  • Close or reschedule service orders when necessary, so that the forecast reporting is as close to reality as possible.
    • Train and be trained.
  • Proactively follow his level of training, identify his gaps and needs, propose corresponding actions, and get involved in their implementation.
  • Establish, with his superior, the inventory of necessary training and define priorities.
    • Participate in Service or Group projects.
  • Be an actor or leader of projects entrusted to him by his hierarchical superior. The nature of these projects can be Process or Operational.
  • Use current communication tools.
  • Strive to advance his position and that of the service he represents."

  • Management of the safety documents required for the interventions of the technicians and the work clothes.
  • He is responsible for planning the customer's home service operations optimally and at the right time, analyzing historical data and new information from the marketing and sales departments.
  • He is responsible for assigning technicians who have the capabilities to solve the customer's problems and making sure they have the necessary material and all the customer's information. Dispatch service technicians.
  • Plan taking into account all new inputs and calculate the capacity required to complete service calls.
  • Ensure that the call has been handled according to the level of customer service that corresponds to you and its severity
    • Daily Tasks
  • Coordinate with the TSS to organize the planning of the technicians.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the organization of technicians.
  • Ensure that trainers and technicians are equipped with the appropriate equipment to be able to offer the service contracted by the customer.
  • Work with the spare parts department to provide inputs for spare parts planning.
  • Work together with the team of technicians and TSS
    • Job Requirements

    Academic background and Know- how

    Required experience: At least 3 years of experience as a commercial employee.
  • Office automation and business management tools (SAP, MSOffice)
  • Good geographical knowledge and organizational skills
  • Level of spoken and written English: Advance.
  • Other languages will be valued.
