- Plan intervention dates with SP-HFS technical support from BSA as well as those of our subsidiaries, agents and, where applicable, clients and look for solutions to satisfy our clients.
- Organize travel (car, train, plane, hotel reservation and visas).
- Notify, inform subsidiaries/agents and where applicable clients of the arrival of technicians.

You will need to lead and ensure the coordination of service activities related to installation, repair, preventive maintenance, service contracts, training, or any other visit at the customer's site. Plan and direct all field service customer visits and ensure availability of adequate skills and parts for each visit. Coordinate and validate the PRL documentation of FST interventions (BCC or PL) with e-coordina. Preparing and planning missions includes visa requests and management, invitation letter requests, coordination between the various stakeholders (TS, BCC, FST, Customers) and proposing intervention dates to customers and subsidiaries as well as the management and organization of trips. Try to keep all technicians busy their working hours. Receive service calls based on location needs, and coordinate and distribute calls. Main responsabilities
