Serves as the principal authority and technical advisor on all facility operations, maintenance, repair, and minor construction portfolio of U.S.

government-owned, short term, and long term leased properties.

Manages and supervises the operation and maintenance program for all facilities to include developing budgets, producing assessment report and contract scopes of work for repair, improvement, or renovation projects.


EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, civil, facility management, or another engineering field.


EXPERIENCE:
At least five years of experience within facilities management (including four years in building maintenance trades) and at least two years of experience as facilities manager


JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Thorough professional knowledge of the field of Facility Management. Good knowledge of host country building codes. A good knowledge of preparing and managing budgets, and documented knowledge of project management.


LANGUAGE:
Fluent level of English speaking/reading/writing. Fluent level of Spanish speaking/reading/writing.
