We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance and Testing technical lead that can design, write and execute a test plan for a Machine Learning compiler for an AI hardware accelerator.

As part of our team, you will interact with a broad number of Compiler, System Software, and Performance engineers, as well as a number of RTL designers and Computer architects.

You will be in charge of writing coverage tests, tracking the evolution of the bug rate and improving the quality of our software until the product is ready to market.

Responsibilities

Design and write a test plan to improve the quality and robustness of highperformance Machine Learning algorithms
Track the coverage rate of the different software components and check the evolution of the bug rate to have the product is ready to market
Organize the functionality drops of the different software components and allocate them in production releases
Improve the development methodology of the software team by integrating different testing techniques to validate each component
Drive the automatization of the test plan and coverage reports
Communicate to upper management the readiness of the software product

Minimum Qualifications

BS in CS or related technical field

- +5 years of experience in software quality assurance and test writing

Demonstrated expertise in best practices for software development, and the ability to evolve those practices according to technology and business trends
Demonstrated track record of accomplishment and passion for leading change and continuous improvement initiatives in the area of product quality
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to engineering and nonengineering stakeholders
Comfortable presenting to large internal groups and leadership team members
Strong knowledge of both individual software components and integration test strategies
Knowledge of GIT, modern repository management platforms like GitHub/GitLab, and CI pipeline frameworks like Jenkins
Working experience in Centos or any other Linux distribution
Business fluent English

Bonus Qualifications

Knowledge of Compilers and crosscompilation tools
Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Understanding of Computer Architecture and hardware accelerators
