    Verisure (Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Group Web Designer to join our Digital Architecture team.

    The role and its impact on Verisure Technology


    The Web Designer will work together with web developers as well as online marketing specialists and other web designers working remotely in different countries where Verisure operates.

    The Digital Architecture team plays a crucial role in the company's growth.

    It is our main source of new customer acquisition, so every detail counts to reach our business goal:
    to protect more people.

    To achieve this, we coordinate marketing strategies to ensure that users land on our websites, offering them the best experience from their first contact with the company.

    Therefore, the Web Designer will be a core member of the Group Digital Architecture Team, responsible for:

    • Providing the necessary tools for local teams to develop desired marketing strategies
    • Sharing best practices with all markets that make up Verisure
    • Maintain and enhance digital assets to meet and exceed marketing needs
    • Support underdeveloped teams to achieve their digitalrelated goals
    • Understand business needs to abstract and develop valueadding tools and systems


    The Web Designer will work closely with the Group Marketing Online Director and the rest of the Marketing Online Team in defining our value & services propositions strategy.

    Responsabilities

    • Online assets design.
    • Maintain web designs uptodate.
    • Creation and management of the corporate Design System.
    • Creation and management of the web Style Guide.
    • Value propositions that improve conversion rates.
    • Incorporate UX best practices and advice other teams to apply them.
    • Bring your ideas and knowledge to make us even better.
    Required Qualifications

    3+ years' experience in web design:

    • Prototyping with Adobe XD and/or Figma.
    • Photoshop for web design.
    • Proven HTML5 skills.
    • Stunning CSS3 styling application: smooth animations, grid, flex...
    • Use of CSS preprocessors: LESS/Sass
    • Incorporation of thirdparty frameworks and plugins: Bootstrap, Foundation...

    English:
    fluent (C1)

    Skills considered a plus

    • Javascript/jQuery for design.
    • Drupal knowledge.
    • Twig templates.
    • Video edit.
