- Conocimientos en sistemas HVAC.
- Experiencia con herramientas de resolución de problemas en Calidad.
- Gestión de reclamaciones de calidad y elaboración de informes de KPI.
- Seguimiento de investigaciones de problemas de clientes.
- Colaborar en el logro de los objetivos de Calidad de la fábrica.
- Participar en el desarrollo de soluciones para reclamaciones de productos, asegurando su robustez.
- Sostener el proceso de garantías.
