Supply Chain Operations is part of Vestas' growing and innovative Service Business Unit. The department is responsible for planning, repair, certification and technical support for Service tools.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a safety culture and focus for all employees
Supervise your direct reports and support them to solve issue requiring escalation
Coordinate and support strategic and operational improvement projects
Ensure that direct reports have the required technical competences and they all work with aligned/starndard processes
Coordinate the tool supply with warehouse operation
Responsible for order handling, repair and certification of tools

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or similar)
Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience from a similar role.
Experience from a leading role within warehousing, logistics or supply chain activities
Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing (daily meetings in English)

Competencies:

Solid and proven leadership skills
Practical competencies driving to effective action plans
Solid IT capabilities and knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and ERP systems.
Solid communication skills with numerous stakeholders at different levels
Capacity to support and motivate remote teams
A flexible approach to your work and the ability to handle many tasks at the same time
