Descripción
Supply Chain Operations is part of Vestas' growing and innovative Service Business Unit. The department is responsible for planning, repair, certification and technical support for Service tools.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure a safety culture and focus for all employees
  • Supervise your direct reports and support them to solve issue requiring escalation
  • Coordinate and support strategic and operational improvement projects
  • Ensure that direct reports have the required technical competences and they all work with aligned/starndard processes
  • Coordinate the tool supply with warehouse operation
  • Responsible for order handling, repair and certification of tools

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or similar)
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience from a similar role.
  • Experience from a leading role within warehousing, logistics or supply chain activities
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing (daily meetings in English)

Competencies:


  • Solid and proven leadership skills
  • Practical competencies driving to effective action plans
  • Solid IT capabilities and knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and ERP systems.
  • Solid communication skills with numerous stakeholders at different levels
  • Capacity to support and motivate remote teams
  • A flexible approach to your work and the ability to handle many tasks at the same time
