Responsibilities

  • Support on Virtual data room accounting and Tax supporting documentation.
  • Support on closing accounts in a selling process.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and embrace initiatives.
  • Monthend reporting including all associated processes and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax returns and statutory accounts.
  • Review and deliver annual accounts in collaboration with external advisors
  • Ensure accounting treatment in line with Group policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure expenses are capitalized in the projects according to defined criteria.
  • Support the business in the analysis of potential risks and forming strategies
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and controls for the Development Business.

Qualifications
- +3 years of professional experience within a Tax/ Accounting/Auditing department.

  • Experience with financial consolidation systems such as SAP, BPC or similar.
  • Extensive general accounting experience gained in a medium to large business operating in a commercial or industry environment.
  • Experience working within an international reporting environment.
  • Fluent English.
