Key Responsabilities:

Project planning, budgeting, managing, and controlling
Monitor and track the progress of project tasks and deliverables
Manage project risks and issues
Monitor the development process to ensure quality standards are met
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Utilize Agile tools to track and manage project progress
Train and mentor team members on Agile methodology
Ensure compliance with Agile processes and best practices
Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
Identify and address any impediments that impact team performance
Facilitate team meetings
Produce and analyze project metrics to identify areas for improvement
Ensure successful delivery of projects within budget, scope, and timeline
Supports IT portfolio management process
Perform other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

Good knowledge of IT business systems and related processes
Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fastpaced business environment
Ability to manage project teams
Experienced in project planning, budgeting, managing, and controlling
Ability to identify project risks and define mitigation actions
Experienced with agile tools (Jira) to track and manage project progress
Proven ability to drive toward a goal and manage different workstreams within a project
Cando attitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
Execute on projects where all the information is not always available, and priorities can change
Report and communicate progress, issues, and plans to stakeholders in a comprehensive manner
