As part of Trading & Digital Analytics Tech, you will shape the future of data-driven decision-making at Adidas Digital with cutting-edge expertise and technology capabilities.

Join us and Own the Game in driving consumer focus and eCom growth- As the lead of Data Reliability Engineering (DRE), you will ensure highly trusted data that enables business growth and consumer experience.

Together with the tech and business leadership and stakeholders, you will shape and define the future of DRE, define roadmaps, lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, and design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.

What You Get To Do Every Day
Planning, executing and optimizing the team structure and composition for efficiency and productivity
E2E delivery of prioritized backlog/initiatives across single or multiple teams, ensuring the best agile process is in place and continuously improved.
Ensure that we have highperforming teams with the right people, culture, and governance. Define and measure success and efficiency.
Stakeholder management, providing transparency and vision of the actual delivery of the strategy.
Contribute to creating a culture of psychological safety and hypergrowth.
Who You Are
Min. 10 years of IT experience.
7 years of experience in agile team management, including remote teams.
Experience creating highly scalable, reliable, and performant organizations with both internal and external people and building highperforming teams
Experience managing stakeholders, both within and outside the company as well as defining and maintaining midlongterm relationships with external partners
Experience with Cloudbased environment, Big Data, Data Governance, Reliability, and Operations
Experience and functional knowledge within the ecommerce landscape, retail, and/or B2C will be highly considered.
You are fluent in English and are able to structure your thoughts and express them verbally and in writing.
You enjoy learning and have a growth mindset.
You love technology.
