Are you a budding young sales person with a keen eye for opportunity and a never-say-die attitude? Then we want to talk to you and help you take your Moonshot

The Project:

We are building a motivated and highly energetic team in our offices in the centre of Valencia. We are a young, international group and are looking for applicants with varying levels of experience and a lot of ambition to join us on our new adventure


What are we looking for:


A dedicated and extremely motivated over performer to join our growing team, bringing energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to work hard Joining us at this early stage, you will be involved in laying the groundwork for our business development best-practices.

You'll be in regular contact with clients, both current and future, to share with them our Moonshot vision and to create lasting partnerships.

Our overriding goal is to create a great team who look forward to showing up to work everyday, providing the tools for everyone to reach their full potential.

What you'll do:


  • Take ownership of our
    business development projects, working closely with the management team.
  • Seek and
    identify new opportunities from a range of industries.

Engage with prospecting clients, make them excited to be associated with Moonshot

  • Own the sales process, we want to find out our clients needs and
    how we can support them as best as possible
  • Actively
    seek new business oportunities
  • Actively
    promote your projects on LinkedIn and other relevant social networks
  • Work closely with international partners to
    define and refine their hiring needs

Be proactive to call potential new partners and promote our company

  • Be in the
    final year of your Degree and
    able to sign an internship agreement:
  • Located in
    Valencia, or open to relocating here
  • Some
    previous experience would be great, can be an internship
  • Very high level of
    Dutch (or German) and English
    is required (French** or other European languages are a plus)

Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and practices

  • You are an
    outgoing person and always go the extra mile to
    exceed expectations:
  • You are an
    active listener, keen to talk with people to find out more about them and able to
    think critically:
  • A lot of
    energy and motivation to join us on this new adventure
