Job Description:

At John Crane Ibérica we are looking for a professional to join us as Purchasing Administrator for our region of Spain and Portugal, and reporting to our global purchasing team.

Our office is located in Torrejón de Ardoz.


The main tasks would be the daily conversion of purchases, the contact and maintenance of suppliers, as well as the resolution of incidents that arise from the purchasing process of materials, transport and billing, being the main point of contact with them.

All of this will take place within SAP's MRP management system.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creation of purchase orders.
  • Claims for delivery times and acknowledgments.
  • Updating of purchase records.
  • Creation and management of suppliers.
  • Management of incorrect supplier invoices.
  • Supplier claims management.
  • Follow the procedures and rules related to occupational risks and health in accordance with the regulations.
  • Respect the Code of Business Ethics.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience in managing MRP environments, purchase order processing on SAP.
  • High level of English, with the capacity to work in an international team.
